Starting my Real Estate career in the year 2000, I worked in land development, developing neighborhoods, and selling new and resale homes. In 2011, I was selected to work with a well-known, top producing builder in Columbia, S.C. and quickly specialized in new home construction, became a mentor for other agents and rose to top sales for the Columbia market with an average of $15 million in new home sales each year. In 2020 I made the decision to take my passion for both real estate and helping others to a greater level by expanding my reach to help more customers with selling their land. I make it easy for anyone with land (Commercial or Residential), farms, or estates to sell their property to Commercial or Residential Developers by discovering the Highest & Best Use for the property. This effort has allowed me to follow my passion and expand my business by reaching more customers with greater versatility for the market.
