Sally began her real estate career in 2003 after a long corporate career in marketing and finance. As the owner of a small alpaca farm plus her personal ties to the foothills equestrian community, it was a natural progression to specialize in farm and ranch properties. She joined Keller Williams in 2016, primarily due to their strong Land division at the national level combined with their corporate culture. That love of the land and rural lifestyle has since led to expertise in all aspects of land including agricultural, recreational, ranch and transitional lands. Sally now covers a 10-county area between Boulder, Denver and Colorado Springs, ranging from mountain properties to the high plains, advising and guiding her clients through the complexities inherent in these types of transactions. She heads up the KW Land division for the KW Foothills offices, is an earned-in member of KW Luxury, and also trains agents in the Arvada and Castle Rock offices. Consistently recognized as a Top Producer in the brokerage, she has also been a member of the leadership team for the last six years. In 2023 she became an Accredited Land Consultant, a top designation bestowed by the Realtors Land Institute, consisting of 104 credit hours of high level education and a minimum of $10 million in qualifying land sales. She belongs to an elite group of less than 50 brokers in the State of Colorado and 600 in the entire United States who have earned this designation.
