He graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Economics and a Business Minor, all while competing on the golf team. Derek entered the real estate industry in 2016 and quickly developed a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of land and rural property transactions.
As the Team Leader for the New West Team at Keller Williams, Derek is known for his service-oriented approach, strong negotiation skills, and expert guidance throughout every step of the process. He specializes in land acquisitions and sales, rural properties, and investment opportunities, bringing valuable insight into the unique aspects of these markets.
Derek lives in Elbert County, Colorado, with his wife and three boys, enjoying the peaceful, outdoor lifestyle that rural living provides. In his free time, Derek can be found hunting, fishing, golfing, skiing, or spending time at their mountain cabin, fully embracing the many outdoor activities Colorado has to offer.
