Shannon Beasley

Texas Land and Ranches are the heart of Shannon's business. Born in Val Verde County and raised in Uvalde, Shannon is a longtime Medina County resident and a proud mother of four children. With deep ties to South and Far West Texas, Shannon believes that relationships are the foundation of her real estate business, and earning the trust and confidence of her clients is of paramount importance. Shannon's commitment to serving her community extends beyond her real estate career. Shannon proudly served as an At-Large Trustee for Medina Valley ISD from 2016 to 2023. She is a member of the First Presbyterian Church of San Antonio and was appointed to the Castroville Economic Development Council in 2022. In 2018, Shannon co-founded Women Who Wander, a group promoting emotional and physical well-being, conservation, and outdoor skills among women. Shannon also volunteers with the San Antonio Livestock Show and Rodeo and is a member of Go Medina. In addition to serving her community, Shannon also serves as a member of the Texas Alliance of Land Brokers, Keller Williams Land, and the San Antonio Board of Realtors. She obtained her Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation and currently serves on the Associate Leadership Council at Keller Williams City View, advising and shaping the operational principles of the brokerage. Shannon was honored to be selected amongst the Top 10 Finalists in the San Antonio Business Journal, Residential Real Estate Award - Farm & Ranch Division. Her other recent awards include the 2022 Keller Williams City View Platinum Award ($24 million in production) as well as the highly sought after award for Top Team in Listing Units. Shannon has been consistently recognized as a finalist and a winner of the Platinum Top 50 award, a local organization recognizing top performing agents in the city of San Antonio.
