Rachael Shipley

Rachael is a hard-working real estate agent that is passionate about the real estate industry and her clients. 

Born in Shelby County Missouri, Rachael spent the first several years of her life surrounded by row crop and family farming operations. After moving to Putnam County, she was raised with frequent trips back to her grandparents’ farm, which planted a seed of interest and enthusiasm for agriculture. After high school she went to Northwest Missouri State University and graduated with a degree in Business Management.

“Being able to connect a person with their dream property for the short term or for a lifetime – to till the land for their farming operation, to make memories on and build a house and raise a family, to pass on to the next generation – that’s what it’s all about. To facilitate the connection between a person and a piece of land by bringing together buyers and sellers is what I am excited to do.” Rachael’s passion for people and building relationships paired with her enthusiasm and attention to detail allow her to connect with clients and ensure a smooth and enjoyable process.

Rachael currently lives on a row crop and cattle farm in Unionville, MO with her husband, Grant. When she is not assisting clients, you will find Rachael working side by side with her husband on their farm, spending time with her family, fishing, going to concerts, rummaging through antique shops, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.
