Bill Davis - ALC

Bill Davis has extensive knowledge of Colorado and all its attributes having lived here for over 33 years. Following a lifetime spent in the outdoors and a successful career as a custom home builder with 23 years owning his own company serving Summit & Park counties, in 2011 he decided to switch gears and venture into the real estate business.  He soon found that he had a passion for specializing within the niche of farm & ranch, rural, mountain and recreational properties.  Opportunities from previous client relationships and his sphere within the building industry inspired him to seek an accelerated education focusing on this knowledge base and to build his business and expertise around this theme.

Bill and his wife Helene have steadily built their business, relationships, network and sphere to what is now Colorado Luxury, Ranch + Land; serving their clients at the highest levels of representation and success including a broad range of Land transactions like irrigated and dryland farms, transitional land projects, cattle ranches & hay production, recreational hunting & fishing properties, land investments, luxury mountain estates and rural lifestyle properties as well as city homes.  Bill has a clear understanding of how to assist his clients from listings and purchases of primary, secondary and luxury residential homes to investment, recreational, horse, farm & ranch properties. He has also worked with large agricultural properties working side by side with ranchers and farmers developing and maintaining the resources of these properties including water rights, crops, improving facilities for cattle management, grazing and productive stewardship of the lands.

A fast track and extensive continuing education along with high achievement of production standards have led to his accreditation as an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC). Fewer than 500 have achieved this status across the country. He has been recognized as a Top Producing Agent from the Realtor’s Land Institute (RLI) with their Apex awards every year since their inception in 2018 and has consistently been among the top 5% of producers in his market.  Bill is currently serving as the 2023/24 President for the Colorado Chapter of RLI and is one of the founding members of the Land Broker CO- Op and MLS. He was recently appointed Colorado Land Ambassador for Keller Williams Land  and is part of the National Leadership/Advisory Council of KW Land.  Locally he has maintained and will soon be instructing a course for the Certified Mountain Area Specialist designation from the Mountain Metro Association of Realtors.  He has been on advisory boards for various HOA’s, professional organizations as well as a governmental economic steering committee.  Bill & Helene have ownership interest in their KW Market Center in Evergreen, CO where Bill participates in collaborative leadership with business planning and teaching for the success of his fellow brokers and has consistently been a top producing agent within the parent KW Foothills Realty Market Center.
