Jim Haney

I take great pride in helping people accomplish their Real Estate goals, while maintaining strong character and integrity with each and every client.

I was born and raised in Upstate New York and graduated from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY with a Bachelor's in Economics. Prior to Real Estate, I worked in investment management as an equity trader in Los Angeles, CA and in the derivatives market here in Charlotte, NC. Through these prior roles, I was able to develop a strong attention to detail that is so important in every Real Estate transaction.

As a former college athlete, teamwork and communication were paramount in overall team success. I have incorporated this into my Real Estate business and with my clients to ensure they feel comfortable and informed throughout the transaction.
