Jessica was born and raised in Alva, FL. She and her husband, John, have two children: Maggie (18), Jack (16). She worked for RE/MAX Realty North in Tallahassee for just over 2 years. Then in the Mortgage Loan industry for 6 years before becoming a stay-at-home mom. Jessica came back to the Real Estate market in 2004 while working for her father Boots Weathers. Boots is a founding partner at Weathers Real Estate company. She worked with RE/MAX Realty Group for over 9 years before making the move to Keller Williams.
