The property at one time utilized two water wells for house water and the yard, these wells are currently not used but a new owner could put them back into service if they wanted to pump some water into stock water or tanks.
Hunting & Recreation:
The hunting in this area is known to be pretty good and has produced some quality whitetail when managed in the 140’s to 160’s range. The tanks on this ranch offer great waterfowl hunting during the fall and winter for all types of ducks including mallards, pintails, wigeons, teal and gadwall ducks.
The dove hunting in this area can be exceptional when the conditions are favorable. and offers hunter the opportunity to hunt rio grande turkey in the fall and spring time.
Varmint and pig hunting are prevalent in this area for anyone who enjoys this type of hunting!
