Painless and Seamless!Paul Terjeson has to be the most entertaining, smart and engaging realtor out there. Our process was painless, seamless and we had such a good time getting to know him. We asked him to represent us as we shopped for a house in some small coastal areas on the central Oregon coast because it seemed all of the agents there were trying to steer us toward older homes on the market that they needed to offload. Paul did his research and due diligence. We ended up with a house that wasn’t too old and had been completely updated with a new roof, windows and Trex decking with immediate beach access with great views. It came turn key to boot. One-Stop Shop!Paul, Paige, Matilda and the whole team at Oregon farm and home brokers are a cut above in real estate. I had followed them for a year or so on Instagram while we were shopping for a realtor to sell our lifestyle property out in Oakridge, Oregon. I didn't initially think of them for us because they were selling such large farms and orchard properties. I was initially drawn by there amazing property outline/ drone shots and impressive video editing as an example of a high bar I would like our Realtors to use. We interviewed three different groups of Realtors and settled on our first realtor that cost us a year on the market because they didn't bring the level of Internet savvy and statewide real estate listing service areas that OFHB does.
