“Working with Jan Gunter on the emotional and complicated journey of selling our father's property was easy and informative. She was always available and knowledgeable in all aspects of the sale, from educating my sister and me on what was needed before we put the land on the market to the final signing. She handled the scheduling, paperwork, and details while keeping both of us in the loop. I always felt she had our best interest at heart, advocated for us, and genuinely cared about the process and how it affected our memories of our father!”

Ranches in Bell County
“Age and health had us thinking about reducing our real estate holdings. A mailer from Jan Gunter caught our attention. After contacting her, we were pleasantly surprised at how friendly and helpful she was. We were even more pleased when she listed and quickly sold a 153-acre parcel for considerably more than we had anticipated. We were overjoyed when she followed that with the sale of 270 acres. We couldn't be more impressed with Jan's ability and professionalism.”
