Over 20 years of experience acting as principal in Real Estate Investment focusing on Rural Farm Land, Timber Tracts, and Recreational Properties. Member of the Greene County / Morgan County Land Owners Association, Member of the Quality Deer Management Association, Master Tree Farmer Designation from Clemson University, Served 6 year term on the Morgan County Tax Assessors Board. Charles is actively involved in Land/Wildlife Management on personal property that has been recognized for both, Big Game Management Farm of the year by Progressive Farmer and Outstanding Tree Farm by the Georgia Forestry Commission.
