Charles Hendrix is a 1991 Graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Agricultural Economics. Over 20 years of experience acting as principal in Real Estate Investment focusing on Rural Farm Land, Timber Tracts, and Recreational Properties. Member of the Greene County / Morgan County Land Owners Association, Member of the Quality Deer Management Association, Master Tree Farmer Designation from Clemson University, Served 6 year term on the Morgan County Tax Assessors Board. Charles is actively involved in Land/Wildlife Management on personal property that has been recognized for both, Big Game Management Farm of the year by Progressive Farmer and Outstanding Tree Farm by the Georgia Forestry Commission.
