This 641.4+/- acre farm is located roughly three and a half miles north of Olton on the Lamb/Hale County line.
The farm includes a total of 13 wells, 12 of which are currently in use and tie together for roughly 500 gpm.
Three of the four circles have Zimmatic pivots on them. The pivots mentioned are a 1990, 2005, and 2007 model.
The seller has recently replaced a few well pumps, and believes more water is available with further maintenance. A well report on the property is available upon request and was conducted in February of 2022.
The northeast quarter does not have a pivot present, but does have wells tied together to accommodate a pivot for future use, as well as a pivot pad currently present.
