ACCESS: The ranch is uniquely positioned at the corner of an intersection with approximately 1 +/- mile of FM 2766 (TXDot Maintained) and 1 +/- mile of Yeager Creek Road (County Maintained). Tons of road frontage!

TAXES: 2023 property taxes were approximately $325 with agriculture tax valuation in place.

LOCATION: Approximately 8 miles to Johnson City, 16 miles to Dripping Springs, 36 miles to Fredericksburg, 30 miles to Austin, and 60 miles to San Antonio.
