The Hunter 80 is located to the west of Munday TX and consists of 80 acres of Rotan clay loam & Sandy loam soils, this farmland is in an area that is known to produce good yields with the right inputs and rain.

Farmland & Yields:

The farm is currently planted in winter wheat while some of the typical crops in this area consist of Cotton, wheat, grain sorghum or some type of hay for grazing or baling.

Water wells:

There are currently 4 water wells on the farm that have been used in the past to row/Flood irrigate the farm.

(Currently these wells are not used and the owners have not used these wells in a few years, Further checking by a water well company would be needed to determine the exact amount of water these wells could produce)

Hunting:

During big rain events a portion of the farm will hold water for an extended period of time offering a great place to build a playa for waterfowl hunting!
