Description

 Great hunting and recreational tract, in Northern Tangipahoa Parish, conveniently located 5 miles East of the Tangipahoa Exit(exit 57) on Interstate 55. The tract also has tremendous homesite potential with over 2,500 feet frontage on Hwy 1057 with great elevation. The terrain offers rolling hills, along with bottomland hardwood on Gill Creek. Gill Creek traverses over 2,000 feet of the tract. Elevations across the property range from 270 feet to 220 feet at the creek. There is substantial timber value. The timber types include over 30 acres of unthinned age 13 Pine Plantation, over 32 acres of mature Pine Hardwood timber, with the residual acres in mature Hardwood timber along the creek.
