Directions:

From I-20 take Hwy 231 N to Pope Chapel Rd turn right, turn left on Turkey Ridge Ln then turn on Turkey Run Ln and follow to the end 375 Turkey Run where you will see a vacant house on the left...this land begins on the right but follow the road through the metals gates and the house is to the left and barn straight ahead.

Showing Instructions:

Please set up in Showing Time if possible and also speak with the listing agent since this will have specific instructions due to the deer enclosures.  Owners may be present and/or listing agent.  They do not have a survey but trails are open to walk to the pond and around the exterior of the enclosures. Wearing hiking boots or shoes is advised.  Using a GPS system to see the county lines also helps.  See the house first then the barn then all the land if interested. Owner will be happy to discuss raising deer. They do not hunt just raise for personal pets now.  There is one fence in front of the house and the part that goes near the next home will have to be moved because it is over the property line currently.
