thence in a southwesterly direction to a point 420 feet east of the Northwest corner of the SW¼SW¼ of said Section 17; 

thence continuing in a southwesterly direction to a point 500 feet north of the Southwest corner and on the West boundary line of said Section 17; 

thence South to the Southwest corner of said Section 17; 

thence in a northeasterly direction along the south bank of the slough, 350 feet, more or less, to a point 333 feet North and 1136 feet West of the Southeast corner of the said SW¼SW¼ of Section 17;

Thence north, parallel to the West line of the SE¼SW¼ a distance of 270.4 feet;

Thence west, parallel to the South line of the SE¼SW¼ a distance of 160 feet;

Thence south along the West line of the SE¼SW¼ to the North right-of-way of Widner Road;

Thence east along the North right-of-way for Widner Road, to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
