Wyatt Ligon was born in Jacksonville, Florida, and raised in Southeast Georgia, where he developed a deep passion for the outdoors that continues to shape his life today. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management at Georgia Southern University and is set to graduate in the spring of 2026.
From an early age, Wyatt was exposed to the world of real estate transactions, which sparked his interest in the field. Shortly after high school, he obtained his Georgia Real Estate License and has since been actively involved in the industry. While in college, Wyatt has helped close over a dozen transactions, including farm sales, commercial properties, and land tracts.
Wyatt is driven by a strong desire to serve others with integrity, seeking to live out values that exemplify Christ in both his professional and personal endeavors. Whether in real estate, or the outdoors, Wyatt strives to bring excellence, faith, and purpose into everything he does.
