Susan is a 7th generation Texas rancher who started her real estate career in 1996 flipping houses. She successfully served as her own general contractor, designer and stager to make amazing transformations, very cost effectively. She is involved in her community, church and many non-profits. She is passionate about land stewardship, water and property rights and preservation of ranching heritage. She is a member/volunteer for Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers, (TSCRA Foundation Scholarship Committee) Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, (Quarter Horse and All Breeds Cattle Sale Committee) Fort Worth Stock Show (Vine 2 Wine Committee), Fort Bend County Fair (Student Art Auction Committee) and numerous other non-profits, including her church.
