I was a cattle farmer for 25+ years side by side with my husband. During that time I also worked for a Civil Engineer. While working for the engineer, he taught me everything he knew. He sent me to CAD school. He also taught me Terra-model. I was designing homes, commercial buildings and new subdivisions. I also was designing septic systems for these properties. After I moved to Florida and got into real estate where i was doing residential. I was not a big fan. After discussion with my team leader I turned my business to doing land. I have taken several classes from the best in the business to be an accredited land agent. I have a passion for land and enjoy my job. And find enjoyment in helping my clients buy and sell land.
