Pepe moved to Comanche, Texas from Mexico in 2010 at 17 years old and his family began making real estate investments from retail stores in the town square to ranches and rental houses, so after graduating from Tarleton State University with a bachelor's in Business Administration he proceeded to get his real estate license to further his knowledge of the industry he grew up in since then he has specialized in representing international clients that wish to invest in Texas, a process that is familiar to him.
