One-Stop Shop!Paul, Paige, Matilda and the whole team at Oregon farm and home brokers are a cut above in real estate. I had followed them for a year or so on Instagram while we were shopping for a realtor to sell our lifestyle property out in Oakridge, Oregon. I didn't initially think of them for us because they were selling such large farms and orchard properties. I was initially drawn by there amazing property outline/ drone shots and impressive video editing as an example of a high bar I would like our Realtors to use. We interviewed three different groups of Realtors and settled on our first realtor that cost us a year on the market because they didn't bring the level of Internet savvy and statewide real estate listing service areas that OFHB does. OFHB has a consistent flow of in and out of state rural property buyers that makes them a One-Stop shop for this kind of larger rural property. This move was massive for us and it took a very special group to find just the right buyers go through the arduous negotiations to get every detail just right, and get us all to closing.
