Mandy Powell is a Realtor® with TJ Lewis Real Estate, partnered with Keller Williams, and is focused on helping East Texas families and landowners find the right fit—whether it’s a home, acreage, ranch, or investment property. Mandy has earned the GRI designation and was named the 2024 Rookie of the Year with TJ Lewis Real Estate. While still growing her experience in land, she is actively building her knowledge of rural properties. She manages her family’s pine tree farm and is a member of the Texas Forestry Association, giving her practical exposure to forestry and working land. Mandy combines her background in property investments and management with her core values of trust, loyalty, and communication to give clients a smooth, supportive experience from start to finish.
Raised in Panola County, Mandy has deep roots in East Texas. When she’s not serving clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband—her high school sweetheart—their four children, and finding new places to explore while traveling.
