Hi! I’m Liza, and I’m proud to call Central Virginia home. I live and work in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, where land, lifestyle, and community are closely connected.
I grew up on an Appaloosa horse farm in northwestern Virginia, which shaped my appreciation for land, animals, and rural living.
Before real estate, I spent over two decades supporting attorneys, executives and engineers in detail-driven roles. That background shapes how I work today — steady, organized, and focused on helping people make thoughtful decisions.
I work with land, small acreage, and rural lifestyle properties, helping folks navigate everything from homesteads and recreational land to inherited property and legacy decisions. I believe land isn’t just something you buy or sell — it’s something you care for and live on.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me tending to my own homestead, gardening, caring for animals, or volunteering. And, when time allows, I enjoy slowing down and taking in the quietness of rural life.
If land or rural property in Central Virginia is part of your search, this is a good place to start. I’m glad you’re here.
