I’m Liza, and I’m proud to call Central Virginia home. I live and work in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, where land, lifestyle, and community are deeply connected. This area isn’t just where I do business — it’s where I live my real life.
I grew up on an Appaloosa horse farm in northwestern Virginia, which shaped my appreciation for land, animals, and rural living.
Before real estate, I spent over two decades supporting attorneys, executives and engineers in detail-driven roles where preparation and follow-through mattered. That background shapes how I work today — steady, organized, and focused on helping people make thoughtful decisions.
I specialize in land, small acreage, and rural lifestyle properties, helping folks navigate everything from homesteads and recreational land to inherited property and legacy decisions. I believe land isn’t just something you buy or sell — it’s something you care for, plan around, and live into.
Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find me tending to my homestead, caring for animals, working the land, and when time allows, enjoying the quieter rural life. I have a deep appreciation for old-fashioned values, practical problem-solving, and places with history and character.
