Relocating From New York To TennesseeLindsey Thomas Williams listens. Listening is a lost art. From the first time we spoke with Lindsey over the phone, she listened intently. Then she acted on what we communicated, and the result was astonishing. We first reached out to Lindsey about two weeks before we were going to be in the Tri Cities area to look for a home. Once we arrived, we had several contingencies we needed to have met before we would make any offer. Because she had listened so well, Lindsey was able to schedule a showing on a “hot” property, without interfering with meetings we had set up later that first day we were in town. After the showing, my wife and I continued with our other appointments while Lindsey prepared our offer, which had to be in by 5 PM that same day.
