Jody Barbour started her real estate career over thirty years ago as a commercial/transactional real estate paralegal. Sought after for her extensive experience with complex real estate transactions, in 2009 she was recruited for an opportunity to work in land and water conservation as a tax credit broker with Conservation Tax Credit Transfer (CTCT) and became the successor owner of CTCT in 2015. She earned her real estate license in 2016. Today, as both a real estate broker and continued owner of CTCT, she combines her passion working with sellers and buyers of farm and ranch land with a concentration on conserved or to be conserved lands, and working with existing landowners to navigate Colorado's conservation easement and tax credit program. Jody offers unparalleled real estate and conservation expertise.
