Jennie Finlay

Idaho is all I know! I was born here, raised here and now I am raising my family right here in the Treasure Valley. I married my husband in 1998 whom is also a native Idahoan. I enjoy the great outdoors. I love to travel, go boating, fishing, hunting, camping and gardening, but most of all I love spending time with my husband and girls! I have been a licensed REALTOR Registered since 1998, obtaining my GRI (Graduate of Realtors Registered Institute) in 2006 and my Associate Brokers License in 2009. I have chaired numerous committees for the Caldwell Board of Realtors Registered , served as Treasurer for the Caldwell Board of Realtors Registered and have been on the Idaho Association of Realtors Registered Legislative Task force for 14 years (I had the privilege of chairing and co-chairing this committee). In 2002 I decided that there was a need for quality property managers that would be located right here in Canyon County. Therefore, I opened Superior Property Management, Inc. and we manage properties throughout the Treasure Valley. I am a member of IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) where I am working to obtain my CPM Designation (Certified Property Management). My passion is helping others succeed and accomplish their dreams whether it is through real estate investment or management, helping the first time homebuyer, the growing family or someone downsizing.
