Erica Heinrich is a proven and passionate real estate professional with nearly two decades of experience in the real estate industry. She has been a licensed REALTOR® in Montana since 2005. During that time, has carved out her own niche in Montana’s real estate industry as a dedicated, focused advocate for her clients and a steward of responsible treatment of the land. Growing up hunting and farming, Erica fell in love with the natural, untouched landscape. She began her career in real estate in 2001 as an appraiser in Massachusetts. The following year, she moved to Montana, lured to its wide open spaces and mountains that were the perfect setting for horseback riding. She settled in the Gallatin Valley where she was able to couple her love of the land with her real estate knowledge to work in real estate development and conservation easements. Drawing from her vast knowledge of the local real estate market and her appreciation for the outdoors, Erica specializes in working with buyers and sellers of the finest residential farm and ranch properties in the Gallatin Valley. Erica spends her free time enjoying the Montana outdoors with her husband and son. When they’re not busy exploring the state or traveling, they can be found at home tending to their horses, dogs, cats, chickens and ducks.
