I have dedicated my time and energy to immersing myself into the real estate market of the San Antonio Metropolitan Area including the municipalities of Helotes, Grey Forest, Pipe Creek, Bandera and Fair Oaks. Focusing on residential real estate, I am intentional, meticulous and deliberate in my ongoing efforts to know the market and its intricacies, all to give me the edge over my competitors. As I approach 30 years as a resident of the San Antonio area, I am proud to exclaim: "American by Birth, TEXAN by the Grace of God!” Eric V. Seemann is blessed to be enjoying and thriving in his fourth career since graduating from college at Michigan State University. Following, his assignments on Active Duty with the United States Army, he transitioned to the corporate world with Harland Clarke (formerly Clarke American) while continuing his service to his country in the United States Army Reserve. He wrapped his third career with fourteen years in the engaging and transformative industry of Convention & Event Management. Now, after 25 years and three careers of growth and world travel, he found himself looking for his next challenge. Becoming a Realtor® and helping Buyers and Sellers quickly became his new passion. Eric spends waking (and sleeping) hours planning the next course of action which will result in the BEST outcome for his clients. Countless hours are spent previewing homes, touring the city, participating in city meetings & hearings, and in networking with city, civic and business leaders.
