I have been involved in the Real Estate Business for over 30 years and began my real estate career with offices in Paris and Mount Vernon near Lake Cypress Springs in 1992 as a real estate appraiser and consultant serving all of Northeast Texas. Soon after in 1994, I obtained my real estate license and later, after achieving my broker license, owned and operated my own real estate companies which allowed me the opportunities and resources to experience and succeed in residential, commercial, and farm and ranch sales in Texas and Oklahoma. I have a vast amount of experience selling and appraising residential, commercial, farm and ranch properties and I bring a wealth of knowledge and great customer service to my clients with enthusiasm, honesty, and integrity. I graduated from SFA with a BBA(Bachelor Business Administration) in marketing and grew up in the family construction business which celebrated its 50th anniversary a few years back. I have also designed and built custom and speculative homes as well as purchasing and improving lands for resale. Besides my brokerage license and appraiser certification, I am also licensed as an all lines insurance claims adjuster. As a broker/appraiser, I provide expert witness testimony in several cases before District and State courts of law. With my real estate and construction background, contacts, and my commitment to continuing education, I am very knowledgeable and extremely helpful when it comes to assisting my clients in making informed decisions. I am a native of Paris, Texas and I am very familiar with most of the NE Texas and SE Oklahoma. I strive for complete customer satisfaction. I love to assist my clients by going the extra mile to help them negotiate the purchase or sell of real estate and, continue to be there even after the sale has closed.
