Carl Manchaca

A 5th generation native Texan, Carl Manchaca was born and raised in southeast Texas. Growing up in farm and ranch country and with the added plus of being near the Gulf Coast, Carl quickly developed a passion for ranching, show animals, rodeo, hunting and fishing at a very young age. He and his wife of 33 years, Stefanie, are proud to have raised three daughters, Cirby, Carli and Celbi, on the beloved Texas soil. Together Carl and Stefanie built, and continue to run, a successful oil & gas engineering and construction company in Mont Belvieu, Texas. As well as, hosting their Bee County ranch as an active whitetail, exotic and upland bird hunting operation and corporate retreat.

After 3 decades of ranching and wildlife management for personal pleasure, from managing lease properties to buying and selling his own unique recreational, waterfront, commercial and ranch properties, mixed with continued education programs, and good ole’ country boy ingenuity, Carl has naturally grown his knowledge of land deals and property management. From his innate ability to entertain and the desire to help people, to his natural gravitation to stay active in every county he hangs his hat in, Carl’s agricultural wisdom, pride & passion grows with the land that he runs on.
