Brian Martell

Brian Martell, Folsom Real Estate Professional, began his real estate business in 2002 after successfully selling a travel company in El Dorado Hills which he d owned and operated very successfully for 9 years. Over the next 13 years (2002-2015) Brian has built a solid real estate business as well as a reputation for being the guy in the know . Currently, and for the past 10 years, Brian has served the city as a Folsom Planning Commissioner which keeps him abreast of all the latest trends in Folsom s business and development community as well as housing trends throughout the foothills area. He has also been an active member of Folsom Rotary Club for 15 years and served as the Folsom Chamber of Commerce Chairman of the Board for 2009-2010. Brian is married and a proud father of three wonderful youngsters who attend school in Folsom. His priorities lie in the communities of Folsom, El Dorado Hills, and surrounding areas and playing an active role in ensuring the healthy and successful growth of our community throughout the 50 highway corridor.
