In 2012 I was determined to follow my childhood dream of becoming a vet. Starting out at Oregon State University I was a Pre-Vet Major. A few years into my major, I realized becoming a Veterinarian was not in the books for me. Reluctant to switch my majors, I finished with my Bachelors of Animal Science in 2017. After finishing my Bachelors I accepted an Assistant Management position at Dutch Brothers. During this time I learned how to lead and instruct a large number of people, handle complaints from customers, and alter operations in a way that would make the business more successful. I then switched jobs and was an assistant in a few schools and helped kids ranging from Kindergarten up to Freshman. I helped these kids to succeed in areas they struggled whether it was academic or personal. Overall though I learned that my love of being an outreaching hand when people needed it was something I needed to follow and pursue which lead me to my career in Real Estate.

ClientWe met Brandi at an open house on a property that turned out was not suitable as we were using a VA Loan and that property was selling "cash / as is". We discussed with Brandi our real estate needs and she listened to all we said, made notes and began reviewing the listings and sending us suggested properties to consider. In February she sent us the property that we ended up viewing and made an offer just before my husband and I returned to Southern California. We went back and forth a bit with the seller and finally had an accepted deal and opened escrow. At that point we began preparing for our move, which included listing our California home for sale. Brandi was available and very responsive throughout the buying process. We moved to Salem the last week of February and took possession of our new home. We're still unpacking boxes and discovering all we need to know about this new "old" house for it to become our new home and income producing property.
