randi Dunagan has turned her deep roots in San Antonio and her passion for helping people into a real estate career that blends expertise with a personal touch. Growing up in South Texas, she developed a strong appreciation for her community, giving her unique insight into the city’s neighborhoods, culture, and what makes each one special.
Before joining Social House Group as a full-time real estate professional, Brandi spent over a decade in residential appraisal. This background gives her unmatched insight into market value, trends, and property potential — knowledge she combines with a commitment to creating a stress-free, enjoyable experience for her clients. Whether buying, selling, or investing, Brandi breaks down complex decisions into manageable steps, keeping the process transparent while always putting her clients’ needs first.
Real estate is also a family affair. Her husband, Colby, has run a successful appraisal business in San Antonio for nearly two decades, and together they share a love of the industry. Their two daughters keep them busy and proud: one is an Aggie at Texas A&M, and the other is a student at Churchill High School.
Outside of real estate, Brandi enjoys supporting San Antonio’s vibrant theater scene and rarely misses a chance to catch a performance. She’s also a loyal UTSA football fan (Birds Up!) and loves giving back to the community, especially through volunteering with the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo.
