As a realtor, I specialize and devote a lot of time and enthusiasm working with buyers and sellers looking for Residential homes, Farms, Ranches, Bare Land, Commercial and Horse Properties all over the state of Arizona. I'm confident I can help. I'm a former Marine with a background in constructing homes, investing in property, and buying and selling real estate. I base my service to my clients on how I'd like to be treated - with integrity, enthusiasm, knowledge, dependability, loyalty, and professionalism. A number of my clients are referred from previous (and presumably satisfied) buyers & Sellers that I've worked with in the past. Many of whom are buying & selling from a distance (either from Canada or the northern states) and aren't able to be physically present during the entire process. In such cases, every effort is made to make this experience easier for them. This includes taking additional pictures of the property, researching additional information, arranging for inspections and being present during them. I'm confident we can and will help.
