Betsy Harrison was born and raised in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Her father and two brothers were deer hunters, but in that era, girls were not supposed to want to hunt. That was tough for a young girl who loved the outdoors. But that passion never left her.
Because of her enthusiasm for the outdoors, Betsy became a volunteer for many different outdoor nonprofits for many years. She and her boards raised thousands of dollars for wildlife conservation. She traveled extensively, hunting, fishing, and working to raise money. She learned the importance of why hunters do what they do. (Not growing up in that world – this was extremely important.)
Being true to her love for the outdoors, in 2020 Betsy became a realtor, focusing on vacant land and recreational property in Wisconsin where people can hunt, fish, and generally enjoy the outdoors. She has also maintained her EMT license for over 20 years, just in case anything should go wrong in the field.
Betsy also enjoys the residential industry. She has worked with people since the beginning of her career finding their new home or helping others move on to the next phase of their lives. She maintains her SRES designation to work with seniors with their transition out of the homes and into places where they can have more care in their "Golden Years".
