Matt Sheahan has a deep passion for the outdoors that's been passed down from multiple generations. A steward of the land and deeply involved with conservation efforts and very knowledgeable of the "Land" market in Southeastern Wisconsin.
Born in Milwaukee, WI, Matt earned a degree in marketing from the University of Wisconsin Parkside. For 25 years, he worked for companies such as Allen-Edmonds, Kohler and Arthrex, serving in a variety of sales and management roles. In these roles, he won many awards, most notably Sales Advisory Console and serving in the "Top Gun" Management Program for Kohler. At Keller Williams Land, he's able to apply what he's learned from these experiences, providing him with a unique skillset to think outside the box, troubleshoot, and find solutions for his clients. Buyers and sellers alike. Everyone involved benefits from Matt's tireless work ethic, great communication skills, transparency, and follow-through, as well as his keen ability to negotiate land real estate transactions.
Matt enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it be deer, waterfowl or shed hunting, fishing, or attending his children's sporting events. He's a current member of Ducks Unlimited and the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. Matt and his wife, Anne Neary, live in Bayside, Wisconsin, with their children, Connor and Molly.
