Mike obtained his Real Estate license in 1991. Since then, he has been involved in many aspects of real estate. He has managed rental properties, built a number of new homes for resale, bought and sold land, homes and commercial buildings and even dabbled in land development. For a number of years, he even co-owned couple of Laundromats until selling them to allow time to focus fully on his real estate career. Although Mike still manages his personal investment properties, what he really is drawn to most at present is the real estate brokerage side of the business! He enjoys the complex negotiations of many commercial real estate transactions. He specializes in commercial sales and leasing, as well as the sale of Poultry Farms and Land, and Waterfront property sales.
