Heather Morrison

Heather Morrison has approximately 20 years experience in the real estate and financial services industries. Prior to joining KW Commercial in 2009, she was a Vice President of Oxford Alliance Development, an affiliate of Oxford Commercial, part of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance. Her previous experience also includes work in finance and accounting with HPI Real Estate Services & Investments as well as institutional banking for Citibank in Paris, France. Most recently, Heather was responsible for sales and marketing, accounting oversight and investor relations for six development projects in Williamson and Travis counties. Representing approximately 125,000 SF, these projects included professional/medical office and retail developments. Heather served on the Board of CTCAR (Central Texas Commercial Association of Real Estate Professionals) and is a member of the Austin and Lakeway Chamber of Commerce. She holds an MBA from the Kenan Flagler School of Business at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a BA in International Affairs from Lafayette College. She is also an advocate for foster children, and adopted two middle schoolers out of the foster care system. At KW Commercial, the national commercial arm of Keller Williams, the second largest real estate company in the U.S., Heather provides brokerage services including leasing, sales and investment/development consulting. Her client roster includes buyers, tenants and landlords, primarily in office and land. With a background in finance and development, Ms. Morrison brings a thoughtful, multi-disciplinary approach to obtaining maximum results for her clients.
