I obtained my GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) Designation within the first 2 years of business. Obtaining and in-depth knowledge on technical subjects as well as the fundamentals of real estate. During my first year of business I sold 1.6 million and also served on the East Polk County Association of REALTORs Board of Directors. Prior to becoming an agent, I served as the Marketing Director for a Polk County land and commercial real estate firm immersing myself in the day to day activities of the brokerage and managing marketing and listing activities. FUN FACTS: I love rodeo and have photographed on the Northern Rodeo Association Circuit. My family has also been inducted into the Rodeo Hall of Fame 3 times. If you have heard of the All Around Cowboy award it was named after my Great Uncle Bill Linderman. I have two blue merle Australian Shepherds. Hunter and Fisher I have taken many trips into the backcountry on horseback and can go off the grid for weeks.
